@ Richard -- Thanks! Matzoh is, thankfully, an equal-opportunity experience. For the non-observant I hear that it's great with a thick slab of cheddar and a slice of -- gulp! -- bacon on top (10 seconds in the microwave if you wan to soften the cheese). For the more adventurous, there's an excellent recipe for home-made matzoh; we tried it this year and it looks really odd but tastes delicious.
@ Jason -- Once upon a time I was The One Who Didn't Know How To Ask. These days, though, Sweetie handles the food, I handle most of the cleaning and table-setting, and since I've become the more Hebrew-literate one I end up leading the seder; so now I feel less like one of the four children and more like the parent. It's okay.
We're hosting a second seder tonight for grownups only, skipping large chunks of the story to leave room for more, ahem, adult questions than most haggadot provide.

I'm not a tribe member, or a member of any tribe, but that Matzo( מַצָּה )looks good.
Happy Passover.

Consider yourself fortunate. I never thought I'd miss matzoh. Chag sameach!
@Magpie: No matzoh? Dietary/medical? What? Hope you can still eat maror and charoset...
